Enterprise Customer Success Director

The Enterprise Customer Success Director will lead our customer success efforts in the enterprise segment, building strong relationships with our top 100 clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading global customer success teams, fostering high-performance cultures, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commodities markets, including key trends, players, and financial applications. Strong knowledge of best practices in customer success, CRM management, and leadership is essential. Familiarity with price reporting products and services would be beneficial, as well as experience in SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term, cross-functional partnerships with Fastmarkets' top 100 clients.
- Deliver transformational revenue growth exceeding 25% annually by ensuring the Customer Success Managers unlock customer value through workflow mapping.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a global customer success team.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in customer success, CRM management, and leadership.
- Familiarity with price reporting products and services.
- Experience in SaaS.
