Enterprise Customer Director

PIE Recruitment is seeking an Enterprise Customer Director to manage our enterprise-level retailer customer accounts.
This role involves managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, as well as some smaller accounts and new business outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial and non-financial outcomes and leading blue-chip clients and projects underpinned by clearly defined client plans.
You will be required to provide exceptional client service, build close relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive value and growth in your assigned accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in developing and executing client-led plans and budgets, as well as deploying digital and physical client contact programs.
Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and experience of managing P&L are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing director to drive business outcomes.
A passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and a relentless pursuit to driving client success are must-haves for this role.
