HR Administrator

As a skilled HR & Payroll professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our HR & Payroll function.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with in-depth knowledge of Payroll and legislation.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our team at CV-Library.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration, including salary sacrifice calculations
- Process P11Ds and electronic filings
- Support new starter and leaver administration
- Develop and implement HR system updates
- Coordinate probationary meetings and salary reviews
- Complete sickness absence management processes
- Respond to staff queries and escalate as necessary
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Payroll and legislation
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Detailed accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems
About the Role:
This role offers a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees for their hard work and dedication.
