CV-Library is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Brigg. As an HR Administrator, you will work in a full-time permanent position and have the opportunity to develop your skills in HR administration.

Salary: £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage HR tasks, including arranging meetings, taking notes, and drafting correspondence as required.
  2. Support managers with employee relations issues, such as sickness absence management and disciplinary procedures.
  3. Provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with company processes.
  4. Monitor employee working hours, holidays, and absences, maintaining accurate records.
  5. Oversee employee performance management processes, including appraisals and training.
  6. Ensure employment contracts and the employee handbook are up-to-date and issued to employees as needed.
  7. Coordinate HR projects, managing employee training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in a similar HR role.
  2. CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships internally.
  4. A valid driving licence and own transport may be required due to potential travel involved.
