Job Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 4 HR Assistants and assisting the Head of HR with a comprehensive HR service review and improvement project.

Key Tasks
  • Implement new HR systems and improve data reporting capabilities
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Enhance compliance and recruitment strategies
  • Improve induction processes and salary benchmarking
  • Foster staff engagement and development
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards this) and CIPD membership
  • Experience in HR start-ups or review/improvement projects
  • Some staff development/management experience
  • Full generalist HR remit/experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
