This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager to take on a leadership role and shape the HR service at Hays Human Resources.

Job Description

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 HR professionals, including 3 HR Assistants, and managing various HR projects to support the organization's growth. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement new processes, improve existing ones, and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

  • Manage HR generalist duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, stakeholder management, and more
  • Assist the Head of HR in reviewing and improving the overall HR service
  • Develop and implement new HR initiatives, such as staff development programs and salary benchmarking

You will also be responsible for leading a project to develop the staff development/L&D offering, providing recommendations and implementing the rollout and management of this program.
