Additional Resources Ltd. is a prominent wood processing company seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Director to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion.

Job Description

  • Key Account Management: Proactively manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and Buying Groups.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key milestones.
  • Territory Development: Grow, lead, and manage the sales territory effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain the sales process and CRM from a key account and customer service perspective.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in selling timber or building products, ideally with experience in the builders' merchant sector. Strong journey planning and account management skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

A very competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, makes this an attractive opportunity for any motivated sales professional.
