Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role
As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Additional Resources Ltd., you will drive sales growth through established customer bases and generate new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to proactively manage accounts, maintain strong relationships with key accounts and Buying Groups across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Proactively manage accounts and foster long-lasting relationships with key accounts and Buying Groups.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key milestones.
- Territory Growth: Grow, lead, and manage the sales territory effectively.
- Customer Service: Maintain the sales process and CRM from a key account and customer service perspective.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background in selling timber or building products, preferably with experience in the builders' merchant sector. Additional skills include strong journey planning and account management skills.
