About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth and Expansion Manager to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion through existing customer bases and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Development: Proactively manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and Buying Groups.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key milestones.
  • Territory Growth: Grow, lead, and manage the sales territory effectively.
  • Customer Service: Maintain the sales process and CRM from a key account and customer service perspective.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background in selling timber or building products, preferably with experience in the builders' merchant sector. Strong journey planning and account management skills are essential.
