We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Listers in Lincoln. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role in driving sales growth for one of the world's most respected brands, Mercedes Benz.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, and add-on products. You will possess a valid UK driver's license and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise Profit: Follow the sales process to achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Data Quality: Collect customer contact and vehicle data accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:

You will ideally have previous experience as a Trainee Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Sales Manager in the motor trade. However, full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
