As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our current customers to identify opportunities for utilizing our Rent Protection product more effectively.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with our sales team to develop targeted strategies for customer engagement and retention
  • Providing training and support to our agent base to enhance their understanding of our insurance products and services
  • Working closely with the wider insurance and account management teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and revenue

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales and customer relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and efficiently
  • A target-driven mentality, with the ability to stay motivated and resilient under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
