GBR Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in a key business development role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the Security or Fire Systems industry sector. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding sales revenue streams and increasing the company's market presence across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, and East Midlands territories. You will sell and promote different makes and models of Security, Fire, and Access Control systems, suitable for various types of needs, whether in a home or business setting. The company offers a home-based and field-based (hybrid) working arrangement, with a fully expensed company car, tools, and a fuel card. The successful candidate will also receive overtime paid at 1.5 times the rate after 39 hours, 32 days of holiday, and a 10% commission on all net margins. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Achieve set sales targets at the profit and margin levels required, selling a broad spectrum of Fire, Security, Access Control, and CCTV solutions/products
* Build a new sales pipeline and increase business opportunities within current customers
* Build strong customer relationships for the short and long-term benefit of the business and profile raising of the company and its services
* Liaise with business owners, management, directors, and residential customers (B2B and B2C sales)
* Expand the customer base for the company's products/services by identifying new customers and business opportunities within the defined territories
* Attend Fire and Security industry exhibitions and networking events
* Continually update your knowledge with regards to industry products/technology and keep up to date with the industry's developments and current trends
* Cross-reference sales of other company products to customers as appropriate
* Update records and the CRM system with accurate information
* Participate in and positively contribute to all sales/team meetings

**Requirements:**

* Experienced in a Sales/BDM role, ideally within Security, Fire, and Access Control Services/Solutions or other Solutions Selling roles
* Some sales knowledge/exposure in an Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Security-related organisation would be beneficial (not a must as training given)
* Used to advising businesses on Security and Fire protection systems or with the ability to learn (either/or)
* Full UK driving license (pool car provided)
