We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Lincoln. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers on-site training and career development opportunities.

This position involves working 42 hours per week, covering various shifts including days, nights, and weekends. A typical week will involve ensuring the safety of our customers', staff, buildings, and assets, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring everyone follows security and safety protocols
  • Dealing with security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms

We are looking for a confident communicator who is a team player with a drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. While previous security experience is not essential, having an SIA license is required. We provide full SIA license training to help you achieve this goal.
