We are a leading care provider in Lincoln, seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Companionship Support Worker. As a Companionship Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality companionship and support to clients, including accompanying them on trips and offering emotional support. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that client needs are met, and their well-being is prioritized.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and support to clients.
- Accompany clients on trips and outings.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement.
- Experience in care or a related field (not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paid mileage at 37p per mile.
- Flexible and guaranteed hours to suit your lifestyle.
