Job Overview

GSL Education - Lincoln is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support and be able to demonstrate a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • • Provide individualized support to students with SEN and behavioural needs
  • • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement targeted interventions
  • • Assist with classroom management and behavior support

Requirements:

  • • Estimated salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • • Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths, or relevant experience
  • • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
