Job Description:
The Supply Register is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Lincoln-based school. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and contributing to the smooth running of the school.

About the Position:
This role requires prior experience in placements and strong Behaviour Management skills. You will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, and will work closely with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support to teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes
