About the Role

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to provide support to children and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. 1:1 work may be required at times. You will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for the pupils and monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on children's progress and development.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate and dedicated with a strong commitment to education.

- Are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and have a flexible approach to tasks undertaken.

- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist them in the whole planning cycle and the management and preparation of resources.

- Plan engaging lessons.

- Have extensive phonics knowledge and are confident delivering phonics interventions.
