Job Title: Agricultural Sales Executive

GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a reputable Agricultural machinery and parts business to find an experienced Telesales Account Executive. The ideal candidate will develop the Agricultural business across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas, expanding sales revenue streams, sales margins, GP, and market presence.

This is a key role within our client's business, selling and promoting 1000's of different Agricultural machinery and parts with differing capabilities suitable for all different types of farming, agronomy, and harvesting needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Agri market, excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner. They will be responsible for building Agricultural Company and Farming Community business relationships, identifying potential new customers, and updating their knowledge with regards to company products and industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To effectively achieve territory telesales targets for the agricultural machinery company's products within agreed guidelines for costs, revenue levels, gross profits, and product % margins.
  • Over the telephone, successfully build Agricultural Company and Farming Community business relationships for the long-term benefit of the business/brands.
  • Liaise professionally with all target Agri companies, farmers, and organisations, using a professional at all times telephone manner.
  • Own lead generation and conversion, by identifying potential new customers and potential opportunities within the defined territory.
  • Continually update your knowledge with regards to company products and keep up to date with the agricultural/agricultural machinery industry developments and trends.
  • Exceed your personal sales budget/target and other KPIs.
  • Update records and the CRM system with accurate information.
  • Take part in and positively contribute to all sales meetings/training days.
