Lincolnshire Distillery Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced operations director to lead our distillery operations at South Ormsby Estate.

Location: Lincolnshire, England

Estimated Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a 3-bedroom house

Operations Director - Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of distillery operations, including production, logistics, and maintenance.

Main Tasks:

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies
  2. Managing budgets and resources
  3. Leading a team of distillery staff
  4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  5. Improving efficiency and productivity
