Payroll and HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll specialist to manage the implementation of our HR and Payroll policies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR system updates
- Process P11Ds and electronic filings
- Manage payroll administration, including salary sacrifice calculations
- Support new starter and leaver administration
- Coordinate probationary meetings and salary reviews
- Complete sickness absence management processes
- Respond to staff queries and escalate as necessary
Key Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- In-depth knowledge of Payroll and legislation
- Detailed accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems
About the Role:
This role is offering a salary of £28,000 per annum, making it an attractive option for candidates looking to advance their careers.
