Kenton Black Finance is seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Lincoln. This role offers autonomy, a friendly work environment, and numerous benefits.

Role Details:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to manage their payroll needs, administering payroll data, HMRC queries, RTI compliance, SMP, SSP, and holiday pay calculations, client liaison, portfolio management, auto-enrolment, pensions administration, starters/leavers, and P45/P46 processing, and new client onboarding onto the IRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle HMRC queries and maintain RTI compliance.
  • Calculate and administer SMP, SSP, and holiday pay.
  • Liaise with clients to manage their payroll requirements.
  • Manage client portfolios and provide administrative support.
  • Administer auto-enrolment and pension schemes.
  • Process starters and leavers, including P45 and P46 documentation.
  • Onboard new clients onto the IRIS system.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have practice accountancy or bureau payroll processing experience. However, candidates from other industries with relevant skills and qualifications will also be considered.
