At CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid working considered in Spalding.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the processing of payrolls for all employees across multiple care sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collection and verification of payroll data
  • Reviewing payroll reports and communicating changes or corrections as needed
  • Dealing with employees, HMRC, and third-party payroll queries
  • Maintaining compliance with UK payroll legislation, including HMRC and National Minimum Wage
  • Producing required payroll reports for operations teams
  • Providing information and assistance on payroll policies and procedures

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' payroll experience
  • Experience processing payroll in the care industry or multi-site operations
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Access People Planner and QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll software
