Lincoln-based Payroll Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Lincoln, working closely with clients to manage their payroll needs.

Annual Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000.

Responsibilities:
This role involves managing all aspects of payroll processing, including HMRC queries, RTI compliance, SMP, SSP, and holiday pay calculations, client liaison, portfolio management, auto-enrolment, pensions administration, and new client onboarding.

Key Tasks:
  1. Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
  2. Handle HMRC queries and maintain RTI compliance.
  3. Calculate and administer SMP, SSP, and holiday pay.
  4. Liaise with clients to manage their payroll requirements.
  5. Manage client portfolios and provide administrative support.
  6. Administer auto-enrolment and pension schemes.
  7. Process starters and leavers, including P45 and P46 documentation.
  8. Onboard new clients onto the IRIS system.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess practice accountancy or bureau payroll processing experience. Candidates from other industries with relevant skills and qualifications will also be considered.
