This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation and contribute to the success of our HR & Payroll function.

We are looking for an exceptional HR & Payroll coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process P11Ds and electronic filings
  • Manage payroll administration, including salary sacrifice calculations
  • Develop and implement HR system updates
  • Support new starter and leaver administration
  • Coordinate probationary meetings and salary reviews
  • Complete sickness absence management processes
  • Respond to staff queries and escalate as necessary

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Payroll and legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Detailed accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems

About the Role:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, taking into account the company's commitment to employee satisfaction.

Working Hours: Full-time. Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
