Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Colleague Services Business Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support functions across the trust, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and partnering with school leaders to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert guidance and coaching to school leaders on people management and recruitment strategies.
  2. Ensure that all relevant corporate policies and procedures are followed, including sickness absence and pay adjustments.
  3. Manage the colleague service MIS and oversee HR administration processes.
  4. Deliver training to line managers on people management issues and policy application.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (To include English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above).
  2. Experience in coaching senior leaders through complex casework.
  3. To be able to effectively use IT, particularly MS Word and Excel.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £38,500 per annum, plus benefits including local government pension scheme, 24-hour confidential helpline, and access to e-learning courses.
