Learning and Growth Manager

BRAMAH HR LTD is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Growth Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing structured learning and development programs.
  • You will leverage the organisation's Learning Management System to deliver training and track progress.
  • You will identify training needs by working closely with managers and teams.
  • You will collaborate with internal experts and external providers to deliver effective and engaging learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a learning and development role or a broader HR position with an L&D focus. They will also possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems and other training tools.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a learning and development role or a broader HR position with an L&D focus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and other training tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
