Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our Education Department at Dovetail and Slate. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality education programs to adult learners in a prison environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver education programs that meet the needs of adult learners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote the value of education
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in program design and delivery
  • Able to drive and possess a valid driver's license
