**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disability Support team in Lincolnshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support, while also managing a team of dedicated care professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 car allowance.
