Programme Lead - Adult Care

We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring all operational day-to-day responsibilities are met, including liaison with support functions, mobilisation teams, and office staff.

This role involves managing a team of professionals, supporting them in their roles and developing their skills and knowledge. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all individuals receive fair and equal treatment, in line with our Equal Opportunities & Diversity policy.

  • Ensure effective recruitment and deployment of team members.
  • Carry out induction, supervision, and appraisal of team members.
  • Plan rotas efficiently, a minimum of four weeks in advance.

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000-£49,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £3,000. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, pension contributions, and statutory maternity/paternity leave.
