Job Summary

Lincoln College is seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the clinic practice, providing tuition and assessment, and internal verification according to the requirements of the Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the clinic practice, providing guidance and feedback on their performance.
  • Provide tuition and assessment of students, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies.
  • Internal verification of student assessments, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Support learner progress through observation, guidance, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., herbal medicine, natural health).
  • Experience in teaching or supervising students in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
