Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Programme Developer to spearhead the development and transformation of our English programmes at Lincoln College. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire colleagues, driving excellence in both traditional classroom settings and community or workplace environments.

Salary

The salary for this position is between £42,879 and £45,305 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, pension scheme contributions, and access to our comprehensive reward and recognition programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new English programmes that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the college to develop and maintain curriculum standards and quality assurance processes
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures to ensure effective programme delivery and student outcomes
Requirements
  • A robust background in quality education and a flair for innovation
  • Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality educational programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders
  • A proven track record of delivering results-oriented educational programmes that meet the needs of diverse learners
