About the Role:


Dovetail and Slate is seeking an experienced Education Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Prison Education team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality education programs to prisoners.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Work closely with colleagues in the Education Department to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with educational standards.
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and deliver engaging and effective educational programs.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of educators.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.

About You:


We are looking for an experienced Education Quality Assurance Specialist with a passion for education and a commitment to quality. You will have a teaching qualification, experience in quality assurance, and the ability to drive for potential travelling around regions for sharing best practice.
