Your Role

You will be at the heart of our high-performing team, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive forward in terms of technical quality and service efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects to ensure coordination of multi-disciplinary inputs.
  • Effectively managing resources (including remote teams) and efficiently meeting fluctuating workloads.
  • Agreeing fees and managing the commercial position on projects.
  • Undertaking feasibility studies, design, maintenance, and supervision of bridge-related projects.
  • Leading the design, management, and inspection of highway structures maintenance projects.
  • Holding knowledge of highway construction and delivery methods.
  • Having an excellent working knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards, methods of working & Specification for Highway Works, and Eurocodes.
