Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Development Director to lead our teams in design, engineering, and construction projects across the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving capital investment projects that enhance the health and efficiency of our water assets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-quality design, engineering, and construction projects, maintaining strict compliance with safety and performance standards. You will also manage project budgets, collaborate with commercial teams to ensure efficient financial tracking and reporting, and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in engineering and construction management, preferably within the water industry or on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong leadership skills are essential, with a demonstrated history of building high-performing, inclusive teams. Proficiency in project management is required, along with expertise in financial oversight and stakeholder engagement.
