Senior Care Assistant - Career Advancement


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to support the next generation of care assistants in delivering exceptional customer support. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring new care assistants while assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews.



About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Ensure care assistants are trained to the highest standard, utilizing your expertise to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Collaborate with the branch team to maintain high standards of auditing and compliance, guaranteeing the quality of our services.
  • Care Assistant Support: Conduct regular spot checks and supervisions to ensure care assistants are providing the best possible support to our customers.
  • Customer Reviews: Meet with customers to review care plans, gathering valuable feedback to improve our services.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas for improvement and implement necessary measures.
