Job Title: Manufacturing and Test Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead our electronics assembly team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/electronic engineering and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Lead the electronics assembly team to achieve production targets and implement improvements.
  • Develop skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
