About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Specialist to join our team at Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing ones, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with a HNC level or above, and experience in modern machining and manufacturing processes.
