As an Asphalt Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Plant Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for various key tasks, including:
- Weighbridge operations
- Coating plant operation
- Loading shovel operation
- General maintenance and housekeeping
- Compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental systems
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in coating or production environments
- Industry Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- NVQ Wheeled Loader licence (an advantage)
- A flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work in a busy team environment
- Fitting skills / Mechanical experience (an advantage)
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
