Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Emergency response: Respond promptly to breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Service delivery: Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to production.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation within the organization.

About the Role:

This is a rotating shift position, working 3s and 2s Panama days (6:00am-6:00pm). We offer a competitive salary of £45,800 per annum, plus 1.5x overtime pay and a 5% bonus on earnings over £48,000.
