Production Technician

We have an opening for a Production Technician at Recruit Mint, located near Stamford. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills and be able to maintain high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain mechanical equipment to meet production targets
  • Adhere to manufacturing procedures and quality control protocols
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or issues
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a production or maintenance environment
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles; a Mechanical apprenticeship or qualification is beneficial
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic machinery
Compensation Information:
  • Salary range: $26,678 - $31,362 per annum
  • Overtime payment structure: 1.33 times the regular rate for the first 4 hours, 1.5 times after
