Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Equipment Technician

Job Summary

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer - Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operation of production on both mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and rectify issues
  • Schedule maintenance of all machinery, including servicing, repairs, and inspections
  • Participate in loss reduction and efficiency improvement activities with production operators
  • Ensure all delegated mechanical and electrical work is performed with full regard to product safety and quality and employee health and safety

Requirements

  • Experience within a FMCG/Food environment (Desirable)
  • Team Player
  • Good Communicator
  • Fault-finding skills
  • Understanding of problem-solving techniques
  • Experience and understanding of machine controls and PLC's
