Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Equipment Technician
Job Summary
The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer - Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operation of production on both mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and rectify issues
- Schedule maintenance of all machinery, including servicing, repairs, and inspections
- Participate in loss reduction and efficiency improvement activities with production operators
- Ensure all delegated mechanical and electrical work is performed with full regard to product safety and quality and employee health and safety
Requirements
- Experience within a FMCG/Food environment (Desirable)
- Team Player
- Good Communicator
- Fault-finding skills
- Understanding of problem-solving techniques
- Experience and understanding of machine controls and PLC's
