
Manufacturing Engineer

As a CNC Miller at Omega Resource Group, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, working closely with our experienced engineering team to produce high-quality parts.
Salary Information: £26,913 - £34,366 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Work Schedule: 3 rotating week shifts, including AM, PM, and nights
Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining complex machinery, conducting quality control checks, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Tasks:
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production-related issues
- Contribute to process improvements and new project development
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience in CNC machining or equivalent role
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
