Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Graduate Placements.
Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled individual to work in a production environment, assembling and testing PCB and RF assemblies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assemble, wire bond, epoxy, and solder PCB and RF assemblies in line with document packs.
- Maintain accurate production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork.
- Support and promote safe working practices in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets.
- Repair customer returns within agreed timescales.
- Support housekeeping and visual management programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of dexterity and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
- The ability to read and interpret technical data.
- ESD compliance.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
