Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor at Lincoln College.

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the supervision of students in the clinic practice, providing tuition and assessment, and internal verification according to the requirements of the Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supervision of students in the clinic practice, providing guidance and feedback on their performance.
  • Ensure that students receive high-quality tuition and assessment, meeting the required standards and competencies.
  • Internal verification of student assessments, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Support learner progress through observation, guidance, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., herbal medicine, natural health).
  • Experience in teaching or supervising students in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures.

Estimated Salary: £42,500 per annum.
