Role Description

This Practice Support Assistant role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
* Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry, phone calls, and correspondence
* Ensure the smooth operation of our practice, including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and maintenance of equipment

Requirements

* Experience of working in a healthcare setting or similar environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good IT knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid holidays.
