Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reception Team Member to join our front-of-house team at Woodland Medical Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide general assistance to the practice team, project a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors, either in person or via the telephone
* Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way
* Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team

Requirements

* Experience of working in a front-of-house environment
* Friendly, approachable, and presentable
* Good IT knowledge and skills

Working Hours

This is a part-time temporary position, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. The salary for this role is approximately £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
