We are seeking an experienced Practice Coordinator to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited in Ingham, close to Lincoln.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a GP Practice and hold S1 training + Smartcard.

Flexible working hours are available, including part-time and full-time options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative coordination to support the GP practice's daily activities.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings, referrals, and patient interactions.
  • Maintain precise and confidential patient records.
  • Support the practice team with various administrative duties.
  • Train in dispensary services, including managing prescriptions and communicating with patients about medication.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a GP Practice is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A flexible and proactive team player.
  • Will to train in dispensary services if required.

The expected salary range for this position is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.
