Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Ruckland Court Care Home in Lincoln LN1. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities and events for our residents, promoting their physical and mental wellbeing. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

The successful candidate will have experience in event planning, coordination, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of adult social care principles and practices. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, and to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual pay reviews, pension contributions, and access to the Blue Light Discount Card.
