About Country Court Care Home

Our home in Lincoln provides residential and dementia care in a comfortable and supportive environment. Our residents enjoy a wide range of activities, and we're seeking an experienced Wellbeing Coordinator to lead our events programme.

The Ideal Candidate

We need someone who can use their creativity and organisational skills to plan engaging activities for our residents. This includes:

  • Working with local community groups to bring new experiences to our residents.
  • Planning and coordinating trips and outings within the local area.
  • Developing and implementing seasonal events and charity initiatives.
  • Maintaining open communication with residents to ensure their needs are met.
