Job Title: Disability Evaluation Specialist

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as Disability Evaluation Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).

You will work closely with claimants to understand their needs and develop personalized assessment plans. Your expertise will help determine the extent of their disabilities and provide recommendations for support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably in a role that involves assessing patients' abilities and developing care plans. A deep understanding of medical terminology and procedures is essential.

As a Disability Evaluation Specialist, you will work in a hybrid environment, balancing office work with occasional travel to conduct assessments. You will have access to training and development opportunities, including a comprehensive induction program and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

The benefits package includes a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500, rising to an OTE of £45,650. You will also receive a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10%, as well as access to health and wellbeing programs, cycle-to-work schemes, and more.
